A. Finish
All posts, caps and fence panels shall be polyester coated individually after fabrication to thoroughly coat all surfaces for additional corrosion protection. All components enter a 5 stage in line cleaning process to prepare the galvanized surfaces for complete adhesion of the finish coat.

B. Fence Boards
Fence Boards: Boards shall be 25 gauge steel min, conforming to the requirements of ASTM A-653 and shall have a hot-dipped galvanized coating designation G-90, zinc coating (0.90 oz/ft²).

C. Rails
Horizontal U” channels shall be 1 1/2” x 1 3/8” x 1 1/2”, 11 gauge wall thickness (.120”) and galvanized. [Manufactured per ASTM A653 with a 50,000 psi (344 MPa) yield strength.]

D. Posts
Manufactured using galvanized steel tube, inside and outside, produced per ASTM A787 with a G90 zinc coating. Post size 4” square minimum having a 12 gauge wall thickness.

A2. Accessories
Rail/Post Brackets: Standard 1 1/2” x 1 3/8” x 1 1/2”, 11 gauge galvanized steel channels. Cover to be pressed to bracket for permanent installation
