A. Gate Frame
Gate to be made of Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6. All square members
are 2”sq. weighing 0.94 lb/ft. ASTM B221. Complete frame welded
to top one piece track and top frame member.

C. Hardware
- Bracing: Provide diagonal adjustable length
truss rods to prevent sagging. One rod in each direction per 8’
maximum of gate length.
- Easy glider is an enclosed combination track
and top rail aluminum extrusion weighing 3.72 lb/ft. It will withstand
a 2,500# reaction load.
- Truck assembly is a swivel type with a galvanized
steel base unit and 8 lubricated and sealed ball bearing rollers.
Each roller is 2” in diameter and 9/16” in width.

D. Hardware
- Diagonal adjustable 3/8” galvanized
aircraft cables shall be provided inside each bay of the gate.
A single rod shall be the first 8’ panel and in the last
overhang panel of the gate.
